Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation Timeframe
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any charges. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at care@shreeenterprises.shop with your order number.
Post-Processing Cancellations
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may need to follow our Return Policy once you receive the order.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order within the allowable timeframe, follow these steps:
  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at care@shreeenterprises.shop or call our customer service at 7898780669. Provide your order number and request a cancellation.
  2. Receive Confirmation: Our team will confirm if the cancellation is possible and provide you with a cancellation confirmation email.
3. Refunds for Cancellations
Immediate Cancellations
If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours and the order has not been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Processed Orders
For orders that have already been processed but not yet shipped, cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the order value. The balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can return the item following our Return Policy once it has been delivered.
4. Cancellation of Custom or Personalized Orders
Custom-made or personalized items are crafted specifically for you. As a result, these orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We encourage you to double-check all details before placing a custom order.
5. Order Cancellation by ShreeEnterprise
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:
  • Product Unavailability: If an item is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment Issues: If there is a problem with the payment method provided.
  • Fraud Prevention: If the order is suspected to be fraudulent.
  • Errors: If there are significant errors in pricing or product description.
In the event of such cancellations, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order, such as altering the shipping address or modifying the items, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested after this period may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
