At Shree Enterprises, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions and process for cancelling orders placed through our website.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed, customized or shipped.

Cancellation requests received after the order has been processed or shipped may not be accepted.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation:

1. Contact us at care@shreeenterprises.shop.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
3. Our team will review the request and confirm whether the order can be cancelled.
4. If the cancellation is approved, you will receive a cancellation confirmation.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible cancellation request is approved and payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

4. Processed or Shipped Orders

Once an order has been processed, customized or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already been shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery, subject to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable return conditions.

5. Customized or Made-to-Order Products

Customized or made-to-order products, including bridal lehengas, Rajputani Poshak, dresses or other products specially prepared according to customer requirements, may not be eligible for cancellation once customization or production has started.

Customers are advised to carefully verify size, measurements, customization details and other order information before confirming a customized order.

6. Cancellation by Shree Enterprises

Shree Enterprises reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Product unavailability or stock issues.
• Payment or transaction issues.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Incorrect product information or significant pricing errors.
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Changes to an Order

Customers who need to change their order details, such as shipping address, size or product selection, should contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed, customized or shipped.
